I bought my first Otter Box when I got my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The other cases for this phone seemed to flimsy. I bit the budget bullet and went for it. Then last week the retainer clip broke. I went online and filled out the warranty form, then printed it and took a picture of the case. I emailed the picture and I got an email saying that my replacement was on the way. Here is the new case!
