Ribs and Cackalacky sauces

I pre-boiled the ribs in water and apple cider vinegar with 1 beer added to boil.  Then I mixed both of the Cackalacky sauces and ran the ribs through it. I baked the ribs at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes with the sauce on the slabs. We downed a slab so fast that we forgot to have any sides with the meal.
