Day 1 of 9 and the party has just begun. We are stopping just shy of gutting the place and starting over.

Cause and effect

The bb hole in the top left of the glass unit is the entry point for moisture. The water has to go somewhere once it's in the double glazed window. Gravity pulls it to the bottom of the window. The seals eventually breakdown and allows the water to leak out. This causes the rot you see in the bottom left. This is why you should be diligent in keeping your double glazed wood windows in great shape.

New reception slider.

We built a framed header and attached a track for sliding glass panels. This will help make a quiet work area with more privacy for clients.

Sitting in the shade waiting for the grill and friends. Great tunes and the rest of my Cuban cigar. Bratwurst and Hebrew National hotdogs for sausages and 2 organic chickens.... oven roasted veggies and a banquet of potluck dishes yet to arrive.
