New Glass

The old glass was broken out before we got there. That made clean up a lot better. The business owners and employees can see clearly now.

Me smells a rat!

Well boys and girls, me wife has handled her cue very well and handed me my arse 3 times. I grew up on a Minnesota Fats pool table thanks to Mr. & MRS. V! I forgot everything I learned on that table.

Tada!

I have a bit of sanding to do to make it a finished product. I am still trying to learn more about 3D printing and these projects are helping me figure out what to do.

3D Print finished

Okay, I need to remove the support material. I will reveal the final product shortly.

PLA print

12.5 hours into the print and it's 80% finished.  Stay tuned for the final product.

Dinner is served

The dish really makes cooking this recipe awesome. The caramelized veggies with the thick sauce make for a great meal.

ABS to PLA

I gave up on ABS for now. I can do better with PLA as the picture shows 65% of a print.

Dinner!

We're making Mediterranean chicken in a clay baking dish. We've done this before with other spice blends. Stay tuned for results.

Failure with ABS

The bond was broken with the tape and bed. I have removed the tape and enabled wave bonding. The fan is still disabled.

Ever Hopeful

I decided to celebrate with a fine cigar the possibility of a successful ABS print. I also wanted to get out of the house and enjoy the cool weather and slack off in the rain.

My first successful ABS print?

I have been studying how to make adjustments on the M3D Micro printer. I used a painting tape and turned off the fan. Now the molten ABS will have a slower cool time and not warp.
