What a wonderful meal with great friends. The duck confit starter was extremely good. I had the pork ribeye as a main.
We built a window out of PVC board so we could replace a rotten wood one. The Catholic Church has sloping walls and water stands in the frame. The wood frame is for a stained glass piece.
The kid is about done with his suffering summer job. I gave all him all I could for few short weeks he had.
The first sheet of many to be cut and sanded on the new topper.

I had to sweep off several years of dirt and glass shards that was hiding under the old carpet.
I stripped off the old carpet because it was done.
I thought it might be nice to also put on a pork tender loin with the chicken.
Got some good chicken legs and wood chips.
Now that the potatoes are layered nicely it's time for the milk and cornstarch.
