The orange spots you see in the meat is the veggie puree. I roasted the veg and added tomato sauce. I then blend it in a blender until smooth. Cool it down and add bread crumbs. Mix with the beef, lamb and pork mince. Let rest and then add a beaten egg and spice. Pan up and cover. Cook until done and top with tomato sauce and back into oven for glazing.
